A little help

ive been having some problems. when i run the simulation in 2-d on the activity editor the sitting consists and the traffic doesn't show. Whats wrong?
also, is there a way to have the Ai traffic to have priority. I mean can i sit in the siding a wait for a train or have to wait for traffic to cross over in front of me. whenever i make an activity i always get the right of way. Can i do anything about this?
