In the activity I am creating, my AI trains insist on starting at the time the activity starts. In the traffic pattern box, it displays all the AI start times as what I set them to - but when you change the player service to that train, you start at the original activity start time. If you change that, it changes all the start times and postpones the whole activity forward.I'm sure it didn't always used to be this way, help appreciated.Koz
On the right side underneath the player service name is a box that will let you set the start time of the activity. Remember, MSTS uses a 24 hour clock. Then adjust the AI start time.Kevin Arceneaux DEFAULT IS FOR DUMMIES Cry havoc and Let slip the dogs of war. Lone Wolf Activities Forum and Activity Packs are on www.3DTrains.com
No, it only changes the player start time. To change the AI start times, openthe traffic box, right click on the service you want to change the start time, and then click on the change time in the popup menu.Kevin Arceneaux DEFAULT IS FOR DUMMIES Cry havoc and Let slip the dogs of war. Perhaps I should rephrase and clarify the entire problem:The single AI train in particular is set to start off at 18:05:00, on the same path as the player path. The aim is to start it when the player train enters the block, to get a green instead of a red. This worked once, however now, the red appears before 18:05:00. To make things weirder, the AI ignores waiting points, and disappear halfway through its path. How strange............It appears the AI starts before the scheduled time, and I can't explain why.Koz
Actually, most of your typed-out recollection (Msg #1) doesn't make sense because it's poorly written. I also don't follow what you're relating in Msg #4.I am interested in knowing what you're experiencing.Cheers, goonybirdhttp://www.geocities.com/BourbonStreet/Bayou/4804/ a fictitious network serving London, Weymouth, and points in between
