I am having difficulty unpacking the files called "SED?.apk" for the East River Route (I believe there are 6 of them). I get error messages along the lines of "Failed to unpack activity" and "format must be tsunpack.exe MyActivity.tap". What may I be doing wrong?Thanking you for suggestions,Joe
