Hi:
When I create an Activity, I go to play it and 2 messages comes up saying, "Failed to set up trains for simulation. Activity: "
2nd message,
"Failed to Initialize Activity Manager"
What am I doing wrong? I tryed everything!
I made sure no trains were overlapping and I tryed it with and with out AI trains.
Any Help would be apprectiated,

What route?Make sure there is an activity, services, paths, and traffic folders in the route folder. If not create them. That sounds like the problem.Kevin Arceneaux
