I have version 2 without the signal modification, and the activies work just fine. I would imagine they'd work with the different signals as well, but I'm not sure. Kudos to Bob for a job well done on these activities.Jordan

Where are you running into problems? Just drag the 13 packaged activities into tsunpack and that should be all that's needed. Also, insure that it's version 2 of Raton Pass you have installed because these activities won't work with the 1st version.Jordan

RE: I AM BACK!!!

For some fuc*ed up reason it works, but I ran it through Route control first. So I went on a limb and put in the empty BNSF hopper that was needed. it shows up on my MSTS meny and I then started the Southwest Chief activity to Las Vegas, NM. Yo didn't say that I would be starting on a hill. I hd to notch out to N6 before I got the train moving. I looked at my consist and I had 4 locomotives and a zillion cars. Nonetheless it works
Thanks for the help

RE: Raton Pass activity pak IT IS FOR VERSION 2

Hi Bob!Thank you for the activity pack, it gives a good route something that it truly needed. One question: is there some trick to getting the Q-LGBCHI up the pass? Even when I blast through Raton in run-8 and ignore the 35-mph speed restriction north of town, I still stall out on the grade near milepost 656 and begin to slide backward.Has anyone else run into this?Henry

I ran this activity yesterday, and made it across the pass. I got slowed down to about 7 mph between Keota and the summit, but didn't stall anywhere. Did you have the sander on when your speed got below 10 mph? If not, try it and see if that helps.Jordan

RE: Raton Pass activity pak

Do you mean I have to have Raton Pass 1 or I can't have the semaphore mod installed for the activities to work

If you have the signal modification, that's probably the reason you're running into that error. I've gotten that error installing activities for other routes I have. Just clicking yes worked for me, and I never ran into any problems after getting that kind of error. Try it and see if the activities work or not.Jordan

Thank You

I am glad you all enjoyed thr activities and also thank you all for the comments..Some stuff I am working on....again right now I have a slower machine so I can not tackle some of the GREAT routes out there,,,but when I upgrade I will. Full Bucket - I am working on a UP version of the Lake Hurst Extra Board for the UP fans out there.- I also am working on activities for one of the fictional western routes. It will be either BNSF, UP, CN, CP, BC Rail or Alaska depening on the input I get from the poll on the other forum. I am also working on one for the MCU but that will be a quicky. Further down the road...Another for the Swamsea route using the Class 50Lets see what other routes come out that I like. I also have activity packs for the Indy line, KHP V1.0, Florida Funnell, Full Bucket and of course the Raton Pass. I especially enjoy creating realistic run through trips simulating what it may be like to work for a RR. But I want to thank everyone who has helped me with getting input on train numbers symbols etc. Thanks!BP
