Why stop the traffic train with the first switch, that are Automatic Switch and I are long distans from the train, and many passing place front before i meet this train, then can go longer before that be passing ( I not have set up signal yet ) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Have i missing someting I must do, or ???
I am a newb but this may help... Look into double reverse points as they have been covered extensively in this forum... I believe a double reverse prevents the player path from extending in front of the train until then player train crosses the threshold... Therefore the player train path will not stop the AI trains from proceding... There are many variables that affect this so your best bet is trial and error..Best of luck... Scott
It is the MSTS signal logic that prevents this from happening. The double reverse point method takes the player path from the signal, i.e. the first reverse point enableing the AI train to pass the player train. I have been able to set it up at times to get an AI train to pass theplayer while both are moving but this is hard to do, it is a matter of speed and timing.Kevin Arceneaux DEFAULT IS FOR DUMMIES
