PLEASE HELP !! I am missing LV RDC Run North Player.con file. I think it was part of the LVR2 Activity for the Lehigh Route. This affects the activity RDC NORTH on LV Track.act and the Services RDC North on LV Track Player.srv. Has anyone else had this problem? I emailed the Author but no answer for two weeks. Thanks for you help.
I found the same problem - and more. None of the four activities for the Lehigh Valley by J Burmester will run on my machine. I downloaded, installed, and debugged all his required rolling stock untill I had a "clean" ConBuilder check of all engines and wagons. MSTS Activity Anlysis showed the only missing file as the .con file you reported. These activities also crash the activity editor too. When I tried to see how his other activites would play on the editor, I get an error message "Service John Wilkes North Player is out of date - please re-save this activity to update," but of course I can't because 'editors and tools' crashes with a "send/don't send." I have the scenery update to the Lehigh Valley Route, MSTS v1.2, XTracks 3.5. I don't have a problem with the route because the new "Monday Morning" package of activities by Patey & Weiner runs just fine, (and is very interesting - great scenery.) I believe the proplem must be in Burmester's activities, and is deeper than just one missing .con file. I would like to know if you got his other activities to run.If anyone else can help I would appreciate it.jsaund5555
Let me see what I have in the route and I will let you know what I find out. I emailed the Author of this activity but just like John Regean's activities no answer. I think I will not download anything from these two individuals. If you don't want to support your activities, why post them. Very aggrivating to say the least.Dave Horton
I think I was blaming another person who never answers his email. Anyway I emailed Jasper and we will see if he will send the missing con file. I used Route Riter to correced missing items. Even though the proper Locomotives and Wagons are in the Trainset, for some reason they can not be found, It did take considerable time and effort to correct the activities. None of the Activities devleoped by Jason will not run. CNJ or the John Wilkes Activities. I have emailed him and we wil see what he comes up with. John Wilkes both Activities has the Please use the Activity Editor, which will not load and CNJ puts you straight out to the send to MSTS Screen. Lv_race, LVR2 and LVRMMACT Zips Activites work fine. Actually there are some great shots in the LVRMMACT 0900 Activity which I have not finished.Dave Horton

Dave,Sounds like you've confirmed everything I have experienced with Jasper's activities for the Lehigh Valley Route. I have emailed him as well, and hope he responds with a patch or fix. He has done a lot of good work in the past, so I'm curious why these activities don't work. I wonder if he had any beta testing done?

JDSI don't know. In the readme file he talks about having packaging problems. Maybe that is one of the causes. Lehigh is a great route and I also use it at www.vnerr.com/ with their activities. Thanks for your help.Dave Horton

JDSI got an email from Jasper. He sent me some con and srv files but they did not help. I get this error "Service RDC North on LV Track Player is out of date. Please resave this activity to update. this is a defferent error or it moved from John Wilkes to RDC North .... So I sent this information to Jasper. If you want me to send you what he sent me send me an email to dphorton@msn.com and I will forward his email to you. I think he is a little frustrated with this problem. Dave Horton
