Problem with activity when used as INTRO

I have a little strange problem on an activity I created for the NEC 4.0 route. It simulates the Acela 2158 run. The activity works fine on it's own with no known problems. However if I set it to an introductory activity (Set MODE to 0) Then it seems to fail at different times. Somtimes just locking up the sim, other times failing to load 3D objects. Mind you this is the same activity that works fine in Mode 2. I've done this with other activities on other routes with no problem, so I'm stumped!
