Activity with non-default locomotives (included in package). Need someone to test and make sure I haven't forgotten to include anything. Zip folder is 21 Mb with all locos.
I can put it on a CD and mail it to you, or perhaps attach to message here in the forum. I don't know if that's permissible or not.
I'm reasonably sure that everything will install and run OK, but I'd like someone to install the non default equipment, along with the activity, and assure me it's fit to upload to Train-Sim's file library.
The activity is an extension of Kent Weissinger's westbound pigtrain activity for Marias Pass, with lots of AI traffic. Since downloading and installing his activity, I have acquired some much nicer Dash-9s than the default locos used in the original activity, and changed the consist to include them, so I felt compelled to include them in the package. Also, the sim selected several other consists for AI traffic that are not default, so I had to include them also. Only the locos are non default, all cars are default stock.
All .con files are included also.(10)
I would sure like to share this activity with the Train-Sim group, for I put quite some time into getting this stuff together, and 'Whitefish' is a beautifully done route. You will love the new Dash-9s if you don't have them already. Let me know if you are willing to give 'er a go. Thanks,

Mr. Scott

RE: Need someone to Beta test Whitefish Route activity

Thanks for offering to test the activity pack, NW 1218. The 'pack' is for the "Whitefish" route. (Whitefish,MT to Sandpoint,ID) If you have that route installed, I'd be very happy to send you a copy of the activity on CD...it'd probably take 6 hrs to download 21 MB from AOL (Almost On Line), ha ha.
But I would need you to e-mail me with your mailing address NOW, TODAY, for I'm a trucker and have to leave around supper-time tonight, and it will be next week before I'm home again. I'd like to get this tested and uploaded, and it will probably take several days in the mail, and time for you to actually get around to testing it, so it could very well be a couple of weeks before I could get it onto Train-Sim as it is. Thanks.
