I've had some problems creating activities on Northeast Corridor route. The problem is that traffic goes very slow. I've read on this forum that it may be due to signal speed restriction. In fact I've seen in sigcfg that there're restrictions to 30 or 45 mph for yellow signal. So I've deleted these speed restrictions from file sigcfg, but traffic travels slow yet. What can I do?
