I hope this is simple question, How do I set up a stop and proceed,
I'm working on an activity where a train has stalled on a grade and the dispatcher is requesting the helper units to make a reverse move and couple into the head end of the stalled train. the game is not allowing me to proceed through the red signal at the crossover at Essex.Thank youDavid
