RE: Funnel Activities

Thanks again, Kevin. There are 17 activities for the Funnel in the file library, all in one activity pack zip file. If you download them, please unpack the .apk files one by one, and make sure you resolve any errors by downloading the necessary equipment for each activity before moving on to the next one. Use Route Control, Activity Analyzer or some other utility if you can to confirm that you have all the custom locos and cars that you need. Of course, if you download the complete list of locos and cars that Kevin has posted, you should be able to unpack everything at once. One more thing on the downloads...you don't need the SCL U30B, the SCL GP-7 or the SCLchip. I made a consist mistake shortly before I sent these off to Kevin for analysis, and his activity pack included what I have called the "ghost train," which had the U30B and the GP7 (in SAL colors, no less) meeting a player train of Dash 9's. When I saw that, the Twilight Zone music started playing in my head! The uploaded activities have substituted a different consist with contemporary CSX equipment. Download them if you want, but you don't need them for this activity pack. Kevin, your activities are now a unique "collector's edition." Each activity ends either in one of the three yards or at the end of track at Burch or on the AB&C connection, so don't worry if you don't get an Activity Complete message. With a couple of exceptions these are mainline runs with a variety of train types typical of the prototype and lots of AI traffic. Hope you CSX fans enjoy!Kent

RE: Funnel Activities

Please try John Peterson's site or the A-Line site, links in Kevin's post above. If still no luck, try any SD50 or box car (or any loco or car, for that matter) in your Trainset folder, make a copy and rename the folder per Kevin's post.

Sorry about the GP39. I modified the consist, click on the link and you will get it. I thought I had got it from T-S. And also about the coal cars, thought I had caught all the ones Kent had added.I found the GP39 - It is on Justin's site

RE: Funnel Activities

And ......instead of looking for csxsd50.zip (doesn't exist), getcsx_sd50.zip which contains files for sd50fcsx which you put into folder CSXSD50 ...and csxsd50f.zip which contains files for csxsd50 which you put into folder SD50CSX.Never would have figured this out without MSTS Activity Analysis. Wonderful utility.I never did find Dash9csx. Ended up substituting Dash9csx1 for it.After all that though, I started a couple of the activities and they look like they'll a barrel of fun!krswen
