Should I just give up? I had a computer crash where I lost my Route Book and Code Number a while ago. My dad made me switch emails, as he felt Hotmail was responsible. The book was installed in it's default location on drive C:/. I didn't lose drive D:, where the EXE is found. Now I have a problem. I have heard about Abacus's lousy customer service. I have no proof of purchase, besides credit cards statements (for my mom's/dad's credit card, which will seem more suspisious to Abacus)and have changed emails. I have written them a letter, but since I've heard horror stories... Is there ANY hope? I know that I have payed for this excellant guide and I do not want to pay twice. Thanks! METRAUP

Since you can access that hotmail account from virtually any pc using a browser, I would still reference that email address to them. If they send a response to it, you can still get it at least. All it will be is your key anyway.Martyn T. Griffin griffinmt@mindspring.com http://www.geocities.com/tcmrrc/
