One More TXCRR Update – image 1

Lately I've been working pretty hard on the Texas Central Railroad. Here's a few progress pics with a UP four-eight-four pulling an intermodal freight.A view of UP's Stephenville Yard... (let me remind you from before, this is all fictional) With the power plant in the background...
One More TXCRR Update – image 2U.S. 83 (Stephenville's Main St.) is in the foreground with a 'TPC' Gas Station along side the road. (A repaint of the default gas station.)
One More TXCRR Update – image 3A view towards the tracks from a residential part of Stephenville...
One More TXCRR Update – image 4The train as it departs the city...

A view of the train from Stephenville Regional Airport...
One More TXCRR Update – image 6A few miles down the track the train crosses the BNSF main line... with a power plant in the background...
One More TXCRR Update – image 7A few more miles and the train reaches Bitterwater, where the UP and the BNSF split up...
One More TXCRR Update – image 8The train heads north on the BNSF line...
One More TXCRR Update – image 9The final picture is an intersection between highway U.S. 83 and State Highway 707.
One More TXCRR Update – image 10I have been working so hard, that what you see in the pictures has been improved even more!

LAST EDITED ON Feb-23-03 AT 09:34 PM (EDT)

Thanks, I've been working on this route for about six months now, Stephenville is nearing its completion. Eastland, which is north of Stephenville is complete, unfortunately its hard to take pics of it because of extremely low FPS. (Don't worry, its low because I have a 566 mhz Celeron hehe). The route is set in the present day era...Check out this pic...
One More TXCRR Update – image 13This is a pic from two weeks ago, now compare it to the one with the big powerplant in it, those are in approximately the same places...Here's a few more pics...An aerial view of Stephenville Yard...

RE: One More TXCRR Update

Looking very good, my young route building compadre.Say, where did you get that "Eastland" station sign? Is that available in the library, or did you create it yourself? Can other names be applied to the same shape? Those could come in handy for the KC&G.Andre
