With assistance and photos posted at MSTS-ONLINE.com by Fred Huntley, I have completed the wooden trestle end piers and an additional small viaduct for use with the White River Bridge Kit. It should be available in a few days in the Train-Sim.com library. TSModeler parts are included.SRV Ron
The small span is a complete structure except for the end berms. This appears to be a common structure for small stream crossings. If I do any wooden viaducts of any size, the pilings will have to be square and not round or the poly count gets out of control. The short span pictured above is 2300 polys. Half of that is due to the round pilings and concrete piers. However, it looks really impressive close up espically if there is some brush and other stuff cluttering the shoreline.SRV Ron
Hi Ron!Needles to say how much I like what you are creating!!Keep on that excellent work!!Thanks once again:WoelferlDCRR Headquarters Wittstock / GermanyPS.: Thanks go also to Fred!!!
Ron, I put the short span in to check it out. I needed to use the pile approaches from the White River bridge to get it to curve with the tracks. I'm using the 80 foot span for both bridges after the tunnel. Thanks.
