I'm trying to add marker files to my route. I have tried all things I have seen posted here. If I copy USA2 marker file to my route and change the lon/lat I can see the markers in RE. When I try to write new markers to that file I can't see the markers any more. I have saved the file as unicode with word pad and text pad and it still dosen't work. I have re booted and have tried all combination of things to make this work. What am I doing wrong?

As well as enclosing the description in quotes, don't forget to specify the 'style' of marker you want, after the description. Values are 0, 1 or 2.As a general rule, enclose all text fields in quotes wherever possible and you will have the freedom to use a natural language value. This goes for feilds such as the description, filename and class in the ref files as well.Martyn T. Griffin griffinmt@mindspring.com http://www.geocities.com/tcmrrc/
