Well, as much as I finally hate to say this...ALL the work done on the Seattle Route went up in flames last night, the heart breaking part is 95% of the trackwork was completed. But this isn't going stop me from starting over! I have learned ALOT with Windows XP and the Route Editor and it's many shortcuts. While I have managed to redownload 70% of my stuff I still have 2GB of files, routes, payware trainsets I need to recover - this time burning them ALL on to CD before installing. As you can tell, my "presence" on the forum has been a bit more quieter then normal, only cause i'm trying to get everything sorted back (it's amazing what new BIOS can do for the computer!!!) Bret's computer is about 85% back up and running.. with a new case.. just need to get Windows XP, a 40gb/60gb hardrive and a Lite On CDRW drive.. then the reinstalling beguns. My word of advice, never buy Maxtor Hard drives, they were the cause of all the problems, we have solely went to IBM hard drives, Lite On CDRWs (the new 52x24x52 drive) so, we'll be back in business shortly. The website is still being updated, in fact I just finished it a couple days ago (http://www.cascadenscale.org/Evergreen)I'll post another update once we get up in running fully, I guess for now, I'll play around with a couple of tiles on the Ballard Terminal RR (in Ballard, Washington - outside of Seattle) and release it, even though it is only 4 miles long if that.. but hey, it's something! Really sorry about this.. but this was beyond my control *grumbles.. dang Direct x 8.2....*
