Guess I never paid much attention before, but it does not seem that any of the AI traffic is generating any sounds when passing by. At least not when I am stationary and using the external camera (3).Does this agree with everyone else's understanding, or maybe I just have something set up incorrectly.Martyn T. Griffin

RE: Sounds for AI

Martyn, I hear the engine(s)... but no wagon sounds. I would sure like to know if we can tweak the sim to include them!

RE: Sounds for AI

I recently bought from German Railroads their second MSTS add-on and the trains they made generate engine sound and the 'woosh' if you drive past them, very realistic! Yes you can hear it from inside the train you're driving. I'm no programmer but it is possible! I guess Kuju didn't use sound for the ai to save resources. The German add-on is very beautiful and as good as it gets but it is a frame rate killer! Your setup is ok. Regards,
Richard.
