Your post to the Route Specification Forum was not approved.Please use the guidelines and see how others have done it. Just numbering the paragraphs as an "answer sheet" is not at all helpful.Thanks.When the submission meets the guidelines, it will be approved.Lawrence Kellieps. Also, not all caps.
