Hello All,I'm creating some early 20th Century brick paved streets and am looking for people to test them for me. I'm making them as scenery pieces unless someone has the inside scoop on how to be able to place them like you do the default road sections, (I.E. the ends line up automatically, etc)Don

Ride the Route of the Bathing Beauty, ride the Osprey Lake and Northern.

RE: Anyone interested in Beta Testing some Streets?

Don,If you make tsection.dat entries for them, and get a block of numbers to use, they can be real road sections, complete with car spawner cars running down the roads. If you want a block of id numbers to use, send a request to tsection@train-sim.com. Martyn can probably answer any technical questions about turning them into functional roads. If you would like to make real roads out of them, also send a list of the file names in advance so that we can have a discussion about naming of the .S files. (Do a search for "roads" and "file names" for further info.)David Beach.Palouse & LewistonAnyone interested in Beta Testing some Streets? – image 3Route Building 1% Completed

I've been grabbing your buildings and planting them on my route as fast as you upload them, so if you need help with the streets, let me know.

RE: Anyone interested in Beta Testing some Streets?

Perfect for my pre 1900's Los Angeles area route..I'll do it. If you want to place them using the regular road sections just replace the textures on one of the road sections that you don't use much.
