After installing the latest update, all of the start points disapeared except Malin Bridge. Any help here? My Computer specs are in my profile

I checked my backup copy & all paths are the same except for the 1 new addition. There are no service files. I think it might be in one of the Ref. files. I'm not well versed in this area.
