Howdy,I have searched the posts for about two hours now and can't find the answer to my problem.I spent the day downloading the the route, the latest version anyway, as well as patches and fixes, now after installing it twice, it does not show up in MSTS.The first version did, but the newer version don't.Any help would be greatly appreciated.I enjoy this route very much and would love to get it up and going again. Thanks,

RE: Cumbre route question

Check to make sure there are activities for that route. The route will not show up unless there are activities made for that route. There also could be some problems with one of the route files which may be easy to fix. Look to see if there are any activities first. There is a possibility that the upgrade may have overwritten the activity files. You may have to make an activity.Kip

RE: Cumbre route question

The problem is with the patch file. There is a bug in the track database file, which causes the route to disappear from the menu. You'll have to go back to the version 1.1 and reinstall it without the patch. The "fix" files should be OK.I'm working on repairing the problems with the track database, but the repair resulted in a loss of quite a few scenery items (mainly the sagebrush on the east end of the line) and will post the fix as soon as I can.Sorry for the problem.Andy

RE: Cumbre route question

Howdy.I had intended to reinstall the route with the fix only, then when I got it going, come here to post and say thanks. However, I ended up running the route from on end to the other instead. This is a fantastic route, and thanks for helping me get it going. You have done a wonderful job on it and I thank you for offering it to all of us.BTW, Kip. I did have some activities with it, but I didn't realize that you HAD to have activities for a route to show up.Thanks for the info, it might save me some frustration in the future. Thanks,
