HelloFor a while now I am building a US-style route. For the creation of realistic stations, track schemes and pictures of existing US-railway stations would be useful. Does anybody have an idea, whether there exists an online source for such things??Greetings from Switzerland
You can find many models and pictures of U.S. Train Stations and track schemes right here in the route design forum and in the file library. There are some beautiful Pennsylvania Railroad stations being used for the Pennsylvania Railroad Middle Division route. There are also U.S. stations in the default routes that ship with the Train Simulator program. You could also try Microsofts Terraserver website at http://www.terraserver.microsoft.com to get aerial photos of railroad yards to give you some ideas for track layouts. I hope that this helps you find what you are looking for. Good luck on your new route, George.
