Along with those great houses that Wayne uploaded, and the McDonalds from Cal, and some of the other 'residential' parts floating around (such as the pools), wee need just a few more 'miscellaneous' parts to top it off. Perhaps these already exist, but here goes:- fire hydrant (and perhaps the optional dog!!)
- young trees for the outlawn areas
- stop, yield and children playing signs (alread discussed before)
- road crosswalk markings (at 0.15 meters of the ground) using transparency on all but the painted part (for 6 meter wide roads)
- some kids toys such as tricycle, bicycle, big wheel (remember those?) etc
- tent trailer, outboard aluminum boat on trailer, etc
- one and two car garages
- lawn flower gardens
- 6ft wooden fences??
- 2.5 meter long road barrier with a pair of yellow lights at each end (the kind road crews use when repairing roads)
- next weeks groceries I am just about done with my residential road sections, which include sidewalks, driveway entrances, a cul de sac (court), intersection and a shallow curve. When that is ready, expect to start building suburbia!!!!!Do you thing it would be a good idea to gather a number of these objects from several authors (giving them full credit) into a single Residential kit?

RE: Urban sprawl is coming.

Yikes! With all these exciting new objects, my route will be too large for anyone to download. Oh well. I am going to use them anyway. Bill Burnett

>griffinmt@mindspring.com We'd need 50's, 60's and so era cars to go in the driveways, Milk and Good Humor Trucks roaming the streets. I'm currently trying my hand at creating some early automobiles to go on my Osprey Lake & Northern, they'll be 1900-1910 vintage but could be interesting for you more modern types to use to indicate the owner of a house is a car nut. Something I need is horse teams to pull the buggies and wagons I'll be making for my route. Also while we're on the subject, perhaps the individual who was working on the rail version of the Back to the Future Delorean could be persueded to make a road version for use as a scenery item? I've got an alley in my town of Beecher to park it in or perhaps in front of my Courthouse once it's completed.Don
