On my Mesaba Electric route, I can't figure out where to put the orange blocks that will stop the road traffic for a train. Here's an example: The motorman is trying to turn right, but traffic paralleling him won't stop and let him turn. The orange block is slightly behind the car. Here he's trying to turn right again, and the orange block is slightly behind the car. Now, he's trying to make a left in front of the depot, and again the orange block is about ten meters behind the car. Any help would be appreciated. Dave
Try this...go into RE to the crossing sections. Go into the edit (F2) and right click on the box. Adjust the Activation distance to a shorter length. See what happens. By default I think it is 20m. By having 2 or 3 crossing close together they will conflict. One crossing will activate the other side and will stop cars going the other way. Try 10m or so, see what happens. Also make sure each orange box corresponds with the lane of traffic it is suppose to use on. I had a similar problem when I had 2 crossing close together that were going the opposite direction. I merely reset the activiation distance to 10m...fixed it. Good Luck!!Kip The Priest River Railroad..."it's so fictional, it's almost real" Coming soon: PRRR's Hoodoo Pass Route PRRR Website
