hi i started to make a new set of tiles wond up with a flat white hudge squre and cant place tracks or anything eles any ideas on what i done worng would be greatly liked thanks for reading

Did you select a route editor start tile while in the route geometry extractor? If not you can still go back and do that. Let us know if that helps. (Right click like when you select populated tiles, just choose the option "Route Editor Start Tile").Jeff

The geo extractor is an extremely fussy little beast, and requires that all the steps are followed exactly in order. First thing, click on the Help button, go to the section "to create a new route", and print out those 3 pages. Underline the beginning of each step, and use it as a checklist as you're extracting the route.

It sounds like you either forgot to select a start tile or you forgot to populate the tiles in the Route Geometry Extractor. Go back into the Route Geometry Extractor and try generating the tiles again. Good luck with it
