May-08-02, 01:38 AM (EDT) "question about vector maps" Hi, I have a quick questoin about the vector maps that I am using in MicroDEM. Well I have noticed that the vector map, or it could be the DEM file doesn't line up with each other. I can spot where the ROW is on the DEM but when I load the vector map they are south of where they should be. Would anyone know of what I am writting about and would anyone know how to fix this?
I am wanting to make makers for my route and it will not work right with it being like this. thanks for any replys

In Micro-DEM, click on datum shift (the blue globe on your toolbar) and change the input datum and output datum,(it's been awhile since i've done this so you may have to experiment to see which combination works best for you, I forget what values I'm using. I'm using Windows ME so makemarker won't load on my machine Creating markers manually is tedious but, it works.
Hope this is of some help.Jeff.RFSPF (Rabidly Foaming Southern Pacific Fan) Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top
