May-07-02, 03:31 PM (EDT) "Roundhouse, I want to make and need help" Ok guys, I'm wanting a roundhouse and haven't tackled the xtracks solution. I'm going to make it, but need help with measurements. From track plans at Centralia Illinois, the roundhouse there had 100' stalls, and the turntable was 100'.Does anyone know where some plans are for a roundhouse so I can make one? I also know from my HO catalog that the stalls come in 15 and 7.5 degree arrangements. Anyone that gives me links or provides the data will get to beta test it when it is done. Also looking for some good color photos. So far I'm coming up with current day photos that have the windows painted over and some real wear and tear on the building. Thanks for your help.David Klemm

May-07-02, 05:37 PM (EDT) 4. "RE: Roundhouse, I want to make and need help" I have a plan showing the dimensions for one stall and you would simply have to add multiple sections much the same way as Oshra did with Xtrax. By the way. The new xtrax version just posted works just fine. Nothing corrupted and even the 45degree tracks work fine after installation. Try it, you can save yourself some work. Only problem with his roundhouse is the lack of doors. No biggie. Too bad noone has figured out how to get the turntable to work. Send me your email and I'll send the roundhouse stall plan.

May-07-02, 08:25 PM (EDT) 6. "RE: Roundhouse, I want to make and need help" As far as I know from day one we have been trying to figure out how to animate this. It simply can't be done as the shape file is currently set up.. I'm sure there are those out there still trying to figure out the script! Good luck with your modeling efforts.
