Apr-22-02, 07:47 PM (EDT) "Drive In Movie Theater" Here is a theater modeled after a magazine article....if anyone is interested...I'll upload it if not it may someday appear in a route of my own....Detailed marquee and parking (it's kinda small for what it is)

Unfortunately the last one here in the Philadelphia area closed 2 years ago. Now the closest one is somewhere just west of Harrisburg which is a 2 or 2 1/2 hour drive from here, too far to go for a movie Anyway, upload that drive in. Many times we would get held there at night and I would lay out on the nose of a GP38 or SD45 and watch the show. Gotta upload that, it is great and needed. ThanksBrad

I know the OLDE DAYS didn't do that, but maybe he was thinking in modern terms. I saw the posts wanting to use it in a classic environment and I for one can't wait to see one. I am still hoping to get some time and start looking at the route I have been playing with. Then we can have a chain of starlight theaters in the routes for MSTS. Now if only there was some way to get it to actually play a short clip of a movie on the movie screen I have the feeling that is only wishful thinking though, but it would be pretty cool if it could be done.
