Feb-05-02, 10:44 PM (EST) "NEW ROUTE READY SOON!" Hello all..I am almost ready to post a new route for all to use. This one is nothing like anything out there.The route - The proposed Florida High Speed Rail Phase 1 from Orlando to Tampa Bay including the legs to St. Petersburg and the leg to downtown Orlando.The route features 100% cab view scenery (at some out of cab views you can see the end of roads etc,) 150 MPH speed limit (turn off derailments please) and stops at Orlando, Orlando Airport, Orlando Covention Center, WDW resort, Haines City, Lakeland, Tampa Airport and St. Petersburg. The route follows as close as I can get to actual proposals for the HSR first leg. Of course it is also with in the limits of MSTS there are no Palm Trees etc. I have gone easy in some things as well to help those with slower machines. I use the Acela as that is one of the possibilities when the real system is built.I am putting the finishing touches and IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO UPLOAD THE ROUTE WHERE OTHERS CAN USE IT PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!I hope to be able to post it with in a monthThanks!BobPS - Thanks to Sniper and also Rob E and others for the advice given over the months Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

Should be impressive, high speed in the sun, what more could the speed demons of the TS world ask for? . I myself have (advanced) plans to do TGV Ligne Nouvelle 1 (or at least part of it) - Vitesse Max. 270km/h (or 168mph in real money). Unfortunatly it looks like it might take a realisticly long time to develop it (it took SNCF 13 years to develop the TGV) since TVM 300 cab signalling is being a painful donkey (yes I am writing a new signalling script for it, unfortunatly it does not work, any help anybody, s'il vous plait? )
