www.3dnature.com/data.html has a large list of links to resources, software, 3d modelling sites, etc.Also: The Canadian Government site www.cits.rncan.gc.ca lists maps and digital data for sale. There is also a free download site for maps in the NTS series. Click on the "Toporama" link.
