Jan-06-02, 00:02 AM (EST) "Huh?" When I took a look at Whitefish yard from the air at railwaystation.com i saw that there was a river, lake, balloun track, roundhouse, and turntable. Anyone know why they aint in the game, and is this fixed in Marias Pass V3?Behold The POWER of Black and Gold: THE RIO GRANDE RAILROAD Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

Jan-06-02, 01:44 AM (EST) 1. "RE: Huh?" The turntable is in the original and, I assume, still in MP3. You would have to ask Microsoft why they left out all the other stuff. You have only found a couple of things on the list that exist on the route in real life but aren't there in the sim. There are several spurs, both yards are missing things, roads are missing all over the place, crossovers are in the wrong place or are missing, and there is another subdivision that goes through Shelby and heads south at the east end. The only evidence of it is the dead end track that comes off of track 1 at Teton. In the real world, that track doesn't merge into the main at all, but continues into the yard. Damn nice shortline, and incredibly picturesque...lots of trestles and scenery. Some of Marias Pass could be mistaken for parts of the CPRR, especially the parts out on the flats.Doug Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top
