Dec-16-01, 10:20 PM (EST) "DEM's in decimeters instead of feet" Hey guys,I'm sure all the old-timers here already know this one. I imported DEM's to a route, and after I merged my tar.gz files with XYZMERGE a funny thing happened. It looked like XYZMerge was using FEET, so when I got to DEMEX, I also used feet. Just so happens though that my XYZ file ended up in DECIMETERS (I neglected to open the file and check the elevations), so when I finally got into Route Editor, my little hills of NE Ohio looked like the Colorado Rockies.Moral of the story: read the directions.Jeff "I'm learnin this thing" Leslie Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top
