Dec-01-01, 03:13 PM (EST) "utility to convert 256x256 uncompressed ace to bmp" Here's a utility I wrote a long while back which will convert an uncompressed 256x256 ace image (w/o alpha or transparency) into a bmp file: http://www.train-sim.com/dcforum/User_files/3c0938dd15089ec5.zip It ONLY works on 256x256 uncompressed aces, though it has no error checking and will happily try to digest anything. It is crude, unsupported, and will probably re-format your HD (<grin>) so use with caution.Maybe this already exists somewhere as I haven't been keeping track, but I haven't seen it.Question: why would you want this?
Answer: It has to do with the pencil tool in the route editor, and thats all I'll say.

Your DEM-EX is there along with several of Wes Downs' utilities. I did this because the posts containing the messages eventually get buried in the archive, and at that point, the URL for the message changes.
