Nov-29-01, 06:43 AM (EST) "Where are the engine houses??????" I noticed a couple of days ago, that engine houses in Rick Garber's EMRR route have disappeared sometime in the last week. They were there after I installed version 11(which I had upgraded to from an earlier version), but after trying to add the Illinois Central route usings Jim Steven's method, they were gone. I just did a TOTAL reinstall of train-sim and the EMRR, but the result was the same no engine houses to be found. When I went into the route editor however, there they are, right where they a supposed to be? Has anyone else had this problem? I was also wondering if anyone out might skin a GP7, GP9, and/or GP30 in the EMRR scheme? Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

While looking at the enginehouse in the Route Editor, try lowering the detail setting and see at what point the enginehouse disappears. If it occurs at too high a setting, select the enginehouse, right click and change the detail level to a lower value, such as 5 or 6.Restart the sim and check the detail level setting in disp;ay options. Be sure the level is set to at least a 7 and you should be able to see it in the game. If not, there is another problem, but try this first. It should solve the problem.Bill

Nov-29-01, 10:24 AM (EST) 2. "RE: Where are the engine houses??????" Why don't you try turning up the detail level in MSTS. It is under the options menu.
