Nov-26-01, 03:31 PM (EST) 1. "RE: LTV Route Screenshots & update" Hmmm..
And contrary to what has been said earlier the locos are NOT of the latest standard compared to the commercial F-unit (transparent windows etc.) - are these old screenshots, or were the person that told me that the locos included with the trainset was of the same standard as the commercial F-unit (i.e. transparent windows, visible cab details etc.) talking sh|t? Nov-26-01, 04:03 PM (EST) 2. "RE: LTV Route Screenshots & update" The loco in the screen shots is the earlier version 1.35. The screens here are merely to illustrate the ongoing progress of the route, not to focus on the locomotives. As you may or may not know, the route isn't included with the initial pressings of the CD's, but will be available as a seperate download, as well as subsequent CD copies. If you wish to inquire or comment about something, then please do so in a civil manner.Cheers!

Nov-26-01, 04:12 PM (EST) 4. "RE: LTV Route Screenshots & update" Sorry 'bout being harsh. Just not feeling very well and generally in a bad mood - not a good day for making posts du discussion forums..
Hope apology is accepted, and looking forward to seeing the final product (both route and trainset) as soon as I can cough up the money for it Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

Nov-26-01, 04:09 PM (EST) 3. "RE: LTV Route Screenshots & update" OOps, My Bad, Thanks for pointing that out Marc, I will try to keep everything more up to date. But Marc is also right, my posting the pics weere not to show the Units, but the Route. In fact we will have a screenshots page coming out that will show through out the progress of the route, thus various units will be seen. SO be sure to look toward the intent of the pic.Didnt mean to confuse ya, if I did. Mark

Nov-27-01, 00:57 AM (EST) 7. "RE: LTV Route Screenshots & update" For what its worth I'd much rather wait a few more days and have a route that was done and done RIGHT, as opposed to jumping up and down and shouting "gimme gimme gimme!" and have yet another half-fast P.O.S. dumped in my lap on account of it. X(Question for ya Mark and Marc: is this still going to ship on the 30th? That's what the nice young man at Babbages said a couple weeks ago when I laid down my $10 and took my chances. No big deal if it gets pushed back again, just enquiring minds wanna know and all that.Later!

Nov-27-01, 11:37 AM (EST) 8. "RE: LTV Route Screenshots & update" I just bought the LTV addon from my local retailer a couple of hours ago. Those loco's are very nice indeed. With regards to the route, I agree with michigandon that you should take the time you need to make a great route, even if it means another delay. Those f9's deserve it./Tom Svane Andresen Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top
