Nov-18-01, 02:15 PM (EST) "East Metro Problems - Missing Files" Well, I finally "Joined the EMRR" and decided to run it LATE in the morning <my time around 3:30am> Anywho, I was running in winter and got several missing file messages. Sooooo. I'm going to run the entire EMRR in all the seasons and weather to see if I can find if there are any more files missing. Should take around 2 hours.Later.Brian E. Bundridge

I got STUCK with having to write another tutorial so I haven't been able to keep up with you all as much. Nov-20-01, 12:27 PM (EST) 4. "RE: East Metro Problems - Missing Files" Sounds as if you have indeed done the work. I just would ad that this morning I was able to run in the snow after receiving the fail message on shadwrct.ace. Found it in the Global directory
and moved it to EMetro\texture\snow directory. I am not sure what the other 5 files are, haven't gotten far enought to crash again. Thanks for folks who are working on this. I just spent two hours in a route building session to try and landscape the large yards and the new port I have added to the East Metro... Well I'd planted possibly 200 single tree's between the port and the Large yard..I'd placed about 30 of those deciduous_clump1 around the place as well... I shifted some of the tree clumps from titan city of to some large area's of empty land near the large yards and increased the density slighty... I then went Down the middle of the large yards and proceeded to place factory's and sheds and shops and car parks etc.. Bout 100 objects all up..In that empty area at the new wye (where ive taken out the yards tracks)...
Moved over to the port..You know the container object ? the one where theres 4 of em stacked up..Well i went crazy and filled one of those 7ships to look like a container ship..worked well..Must of placed over 60 of them to make the ship look good..I was rather impressed..tho I hadnt made the other side of the boat to look full....yet. I had a break from looking at bloody containers and proceeded to place sheds..and little wharfs under the medicine bridge..placed goods on the docks (the new lear jets looked great all bunched up ready for shipment) Then it happened... I had been sticking to the golden rule and saving along the way.... But up popped the dreaded Send\Dont Send. Oh ##### here we go I thought, But i figured all would be wellSHut down and restarted the computer..Went straight into the Game so I could check out the new scenery ..And to see what i might of just lost, This was a mistake because all the stuff i mentioned above..had pictures to prove it, But i went straight into a game before I had changed the pictures from the Train game folder....So there was my first bad..
Pick my route ..load her up for a spin, To start at TiTan City..And check out the view i see...
What do i do boys n girls ? thats looking over from Titan to the New port..That hill was loaded with trees..Well the other thing missing is TITAN CITY !!!!!... Look for the file using the date/time in the world folder. Then copy the *.bk file as the *.w file. "RE: East Metro Problems - Missing Files" Nah Rich... its the whole route thats gone missing , And I dont have all 6 defaults installed to run the .bat to fill up a backup route so unless i get really bored.. I Dont see myself touching it again for a while, Trainz will be on my dorstep soon and Im going to spend some time on that.....Did you know Auran will be having a Route designing Competition ? Details are scare but im looking forward to it Oh and i get bored easily so BowRivers not dead...Just having a shutdown ...Time for clean up(Missing shapes) and inspection (Have to check it in RE)Catchya's Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top
