RE: Error using RR

IIRC this is caused by not have NetFramework 1.1 installed. I had a hard time with getting NetFramework 1.1 to install properly; I had to install it 3 times to get RR to work.Ken

How did I survive before MSTS

RE: Error using RR

Hi Joe,This is probably caused by your not having Microsoft .Net Framework v1.1 installed.Following is a response I sent to someone else recently with the same problem, it fixed his, so hopefully will fix yours:-This is caused when the .dll required to compress/uncompress files is not installed properly.Make sure that you have Microsoft .Net Framework v1.1 installed (go Control Panel/Add Remove programs to see if it is listed).Make sure that TK.MSTS.Tokens.dll and .tlb are both in the Route-Riter folder along with regasm.exe and InitTokens.batClick on InitTokens.bat – this should take up to 5 mins to uninstall the old tokens, Then hit any key and it will install the new ones. This should then tell you the tokens are installed, after which RR should run OK.By the way, there is a new RR .exe on my site which you should probably download first before carrying out the above check.
