Guilford Rail System… The Rumford Branch

Yep. I finnely figured out the route i wanted to do. This Route is gonna be a close as possible. here is some specs on it.
No Signals.
No Tunnels
Single Main Line
Sidings, Yards
Speed: 20-45MPH
Miles:45
This rail system goes from Leeds Jct. MP150.50 on the Guilford Frieght Main Line. to Rumford Maine where it ends at the Mead Paper Mill
This route includes
Libby's Pit, Decosters Egg Farm, Otis Paper Mill, Jay Paper Mill, and Mead Paper Mill.

Darn right its a new england short line . The only thing that sucks about this.. I have have weekends to work on the route. thank god i got a three day weekend.. school seems to stop me from something i love.. the Railroading. ohwell. I hope to get this route done by November 20th. and hopefully have the beta testers test it November 21st. and have it online by November 27th.

Portland to Ayer? Now we are talking. I actually started work on that exact section of the ST mainline a while ago. Unfortunately, my hard drive decided to quit on me, and I feared heart failure from dealing with Kuju's lovely Route Editor any longer. I think I still have some important reference material for this route though. I have the whole route in USAphotomaps. I think I still have a marker file. I also have a lot of the DEM's. Perhaps I could help you out when the time comes. I could probably make a few custom objects for the New Hampshire area. I know I could get some sound recordings of radio chatter and the hot box detector at MP262.4. Wouldn't it be a nice little touch for that route? Well this is all way off in the future anyway. So for now I am looking forward to the Rumford Branch.

well what I meant was when you get to the portland to ayer route I could help you out. I'm not really familiar with the rumford branch at all. I am pretty much tied up with school work for now. But by the timeline you said, My 5 week winter break coincides with development on the portland to ayer route. I tend to spend a lot of time on the computer over the month of january. Thats when I could probably help out. As for the egg farm, got any pics of it? How complex is it? not really sure if I have the time right now.

god.. i had to delete this route.. i got to the point of places mileposts.. i didnt count the tracks right. so it came out totaly wrong places. sections. ect. so i deleted the route. and am working on a 12 mile route. the Hinckley Branch from Waterville Maine to Skowhegan Maine....
I got Everything done! i need to add the Track siding names, and it will be complete.

Are you saying i shouldnt even bother building a route? cuase i want a route on the F/L that is based in Maine. and another thing, i can have a friend upload it for me.. but i need some help.. i lost all stuff on One tile.. track, buildings, everything. i had milepost and everything up. saved it. and wanted to go back onto the RE to add some containers here and there and the rest of the siding names. but the thing asked to delete those files. i clicked yes. got on.. and everything was gone on One tile.. there still is the trackage and road lines. i was about to cry when i noticed it. darn it all. what am i doing wrong?
