The tiles still excists in the Route Editor, so everything is fine there! But in the Route Geometry Extractor, every tile I had marked and extracted is gone!!!!!Please help!!

RE: Help!

I don't really know what you did wrong but since no one else has answered I'll try.
The RGE portion is really the simplest part of route building, so if you can't get past that, I am really worried for you. It is the one part of the editor where the built in help files and instructions are good and actually correct. I don't mean to sound like I am putting you down or making fun of your abilities, but I am serious. Compared to the rest of the editor problems, RGE is a piece of cake.
Common problems:
1. Did you set the route start tile before you exited the RGE?
2. Did you save the quad tree after you extracted the tiles? It sounds like your problem is when you go back into the RGE. Calling up the route after initial extraction is a two step process. First you have to call up the route by name, and then you have to load the quad tree. Both selections are under the File menu.If this doesn't solve the problem, try to give us some more information.Larry
