Global tsection.dat problem – image 1

I am having a problem with the global tsection file. I have added some new sections/shapes for the next "beta" and it boots up fine in the RE (tried several routes to make sure). However, when I go to run a train, MSTS phones home. The status bar on the bottom gets just past the halfway mark when it fails. Does anyone have any ideas for this one?

Its my fault!

Global tsection.dat problem – image 4

Found out that it is the route I am working on that causes the problem.

Hi Steven !As you were wondering whether your problems could be caused by insufficient RAM I did a test, reducing the 1.5 Gb of my WIN-XP machine to 512 Mb with the BOOT.INI.It made no difference, all in MSTS working as it should ! Mind you, more frequent computer cold starts would be advisable with less RAM available when working extensively in the RE.Just thought I'd mention this here in case others might think that this could be a problem with MSTS.Take Care, O t t o.
