Some time ago I started a New Orleans northwards IC/CN route. But my artistic skills are next to nothing, MSTS has been discontinued, and I'm too busy doing other things. So, does anybody want it? I've done trackage from NOUPT to Frenier, MP885 to MP909. Doesn't sound much but I have done Mays Yard which took some time! Trackage and landscape is all I've done. Some pics follow:
1. Mays Yard
2. Whole area
3. New Orleans areaGeoff M.

I think this would be a good candidate for the Model Rescue Mission. If anyone is listening, perhaps we should have Geoff upload this for posterity...Frank MusickMoving America into the 19th Century!

RE: IC New Orleans - anybody want it?

Yes. I already have all the track charts but it will be a separate route. The current route has over 1000 miles of track already... There will be a duplication of St. Louis so the two route "overlap" then I'll build southward from there. This project is MANY months away, however....JBD

Alright, That specific route area (Memphis to Swan Lake) is where my dad and I railfan when we go visit our relatives in Mississippi. Since you are planning on doing that will you include the line that splits off at Swan Lake and goes into Clarksdale?-MattATSF GP60M #104 works on the local in Flagstaff, AZ.

RE: IC New Orleans - anybody want it?

I can't answer that question. If it's former GM&O trackage then you can rest assured that it will be there.JBD

RE: IC New Orleans - anybody want it?

Hi, Geoff,
Are you still planning on uploading what you have? New Orleans is about 2 hours from where I live, and that is one area I have been interested in. I would like to take a look at it. If you aren't interested in uploading I understand, but I would sure like to download it if was there. Thanks.
Tony

RE: IC New Orleans - anybody want it?

Sorry, I ran out of time at the weekend. I'll try again next weekend. It should RR down to quite small a size due to the severe lack of scenery.Geoff M.
