I'm trying to make a tunnel for my route, and I've yet to be satisfied. I keep having to re-DEMEX the area and try again and again. But now I've run into a problem. I have an invisible gap that I can't get re-toggled back to being visible. No matter where I lay the cursor, it won't go into the "invisible" area so that I can press V and make it visible again.Permanently invisible wire grid area – image 1

I've had this done to me a few times. Frustrating, but fixable. The circled cursor sits on (or snaps) the converging points to manipulate. The same thing has to be done to the invisable points. Move the cursor (it will snap to the invisable points) until it snaps to the center or near center of the invisable patch...hit "V". If you have a problem with this, you can set the "error bias" to "1" or lower. Save on the spot. Then zoom out until the tiles turns white, zoom back in to the same spot and try again. This method resets (or reloads) the tiles. Sometimes that helps with objects not showing when placed. Works with terrain too. Remember, you need to set the circled cursor (f9) in the middle (or close) of the invisable patch. Hope that works, it does for me.Kip
