Hi, My name is Andy and thought of something, "Who own`s the Bridge Line Route Now?" The reason I ask is because I am in more of a modern day person and would like to run stuff like SD70M and C40-9W`s. Thanks in advance. Andy
It's currently operated by CP Rail. NYS&W was the previous operator, and for a while before that Guilford combined the D&H, B&M and MEC...Tim Baldwin Buffalo NYMilepost 5 on the Buffalo Belt Line CSX - NS - CP - CN

RE: The Bridge Line route ???
I belive there was a post in the General Forum that NS has bought it. Lemme do a search here........Ha! found it: http://www.train-sim.com/dcforum/DCForumID1/8347.html Watch for the arguing here. They got going over which RR is best.Anyway, it wasn't final at the time of that post and I don't know about now.-Dave
CP runs it but some NS trains run through also. The area betweem Mohawk Yard and Mechanicsville is owned by Guilford and the CR tracks are now CSX. CP uses SD40-2's and Soo Line SD60's while NS uses mostly C40-9W's, C40-8W's and SD60M's.Yes, the rumor that NS bought it was a hoax.Conrail rules!!!
