I downloaded the Seattle route this weekend and installed it. It loads up into the train simulator menu but does not display any scenery other than the sky. The train starts on an all white surface and there is no track. All the cars of the train are displayed and the train works but I am getting no ground scenery. What do I need to fix? Thank you for any suggestions!!
Part of the problem seems to be the LO_TILE folder is empty - where do I get those files at??? Downloaded all 5 parts of the route but no scenery gets displayed. Amazing how running trains on an all white surface quickly grows old. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Been a long time since I installed, and later deleted, this route. But as I recall I had no problems with the install. Since you are missing files the question that comes to mind is did you run the batch(install me)file? If you did, do you have all 6 default MSTS routes installed? If you did run the batch file, try running it again as I have had cases on my XP machine of the batch file not copying somethings the first time.Ken
