RE: Amtrak Virginia to Florida route
I'm not very fermiliar with the area, but try the Florida Funnel Route available in the File Library, which covers the area from Waycross, GA to the Moncreif Yard.-Dave'Friends don't let friends drive imports'
Don't forget, routes just can't be made that big...in MSTS, a 200+ mile route is very rare, as it takes an extreme amount of work to develop all of 200 miles of track, scenary, signals, ect, and also- the route would just take up too much space on a computer. As mentioned, there's a couple of little parts of the auto-train route, but like I said, something of that magnitude is just too big for MSTS.--The FBL Commuter Edition!!!!!!---You can never have too much inner beauty. There are few routes with parts of the AutoTrain route like Florida Funnel and CSX A-Line. The AutoTrain route is about 850 miles from Lorton to Sanford, a route of that size couldn't be created. Chris
I am working on the CSX RF&P line between Fredericksburg and Washington. It includes the Auto Train terminal and about 35 miles of the Auto Train route (from Lorton to Fredericksburg. I have been working on it pretty steadily for two years and hope to have it finished this summer.Steve Dunham
