Colleagues,Attached tonight are some captures as work progresses on the RMD-4. I lack about 6 or 7 miles of the Moon Pass Road, of having all of the roads completed. The Clark Fork River "coloring plates" are in place nearly to Paradise, but sculpting has quite a ways to go on that. Then I have to create/sculpt the St.Regis River all the way to about a mile from Lookout Pass. I have not digitized the S.Fork of the Cour de' Alene River, but need to as it gets tangled up with the track and the road, especially between Mullan & Wallace, ID.Bear in mind that the Moon Pass road was/is not paved except for gravel, but as there are more curve options available in paved roads, I used those. It starts at the E. Portal of tunnel 25, i.e. between T-25 & T-26 as the Loop Creek Road and drops rapidly to the valley floor. At the confluence with the N. Fork of the St.Joe & Loop Creek, the Loop Creek Road ends at the Moon Pass Road. Moon Pass road is only modeled for a few yards to where it disappears from track view.I received the first of a 2 volumn set of DVDs from SkyFire today that shows the run of the SP&S 700 over MRL a couple years back. I realize that the terrain is more of a gold color, except where cultivated, but has heavy forests, including a lot of Tamarack Pines which change color in the fall. I'll need to work on that, east of the BitterRoots.J. H. Sullivan
