Hi! I have got a copy the new CGW thru CD mail. He said to unzip it with route-riter, and so I downloaded it. I followed the exact instructions from the Spanned Zip thread in the MSTS forum. It went all night! At the end of the night, nothing was different. I don't think any folders were added. It is zipped at level six compression. How long should it take?A side note, it couldn't find Makeace. Is this the problem? Thanks! METRAUP
All I did was unzip using WinZip 9 (with folders option checked). It took my system about 3 minutes to unzip. Don't forget to run the install batch file after you are done unzipping.Shawn
I do not know the route in question, but if it says to unzip using Route-Riter, then it can also be unzipped with Winzip v8.1 or later or WinRAR v6.10 or later. There are full instructions for unzipping Spanned-Zip files anchored at the top of the MSTS General forums on this site, read the appropriate messages.Route-Riter will unzip most spanned zip files (depending on how many there are etc) in under 5 mins.Mike
