GREAT !!!I can live with the kinky 3rd Rail in bends, not much you can do about it easily. Can the stock rails be replaced with other Acleantrack profiles ?Please give us a "Nod" here when the Route, it's tracks and the TSection 00022 are ready for Download. Save me looking into the File Library every day ! Take Care, O t t o.

RE: Chicago Elevated Railways

The track textures can be changed, though I have not attempted to do so. Unfortunatly I did not know as much when I designed some of the track shapes as I do now, and have incorporated the used track textures in strange ways throughout. In order to rectify this, some 100 track sections would have to be painstakingly redone.I'm not sure what you mean by "XTrack type" crossovers. The crossovers are made by some build-a-switch sections I made for the previous release of CER.There will be no signaling as of yet. To save the trouble of placing and removing signals each time I add to the route I'm not going to think of placing signals until I finish the route. However, I've already done some work (quite a while ago) on an extensive signal system for the route.

ooh...the Congress Line! Does it run all the way down to the Des Plaines station in Forest Park? It's at the end of the line, and there is a CTA yard there if I remember right. I used to live just a few blocks from Des Plaines Ave, near the corner of Ferdinand and Madison Ave a long time ago. Whenever I see someone working on a route in that area, I'm always hoping they will include Forest Park. Keep up the good work.P.S. It looks like you even have the "Angel's Flight" in one of those screen shots!Chris T.
