Gentleman,Tonight, I will share a couple of screenshots taken as the westbound OH passes the EB NCL in Jefferson Canyon. The river has been "constructed" between the MILW bridge at Jefferson Island, and the point just west of WillowCreek where the river deviates away from the tracks and, though close, is not seen again until just east of Three Forks.I am experimenting with rock textures which some of us have put in the library over the past few months, and those these look pretty good to me, they are the wrong kind of rock for this canyon, which generally was cut through limestone by the river over the eons.In any case the finished items will have occasional transfers of grass or other texture under the track so as to make it look more like a R/W blasted out of the rocks. In the first scene, the dome car passengers are thrilled to see the NCL pass across the river at approx. mile 1472. The train crew has told everyone to be on the lookout for it.In the 2nd scene, an Owl, disturbed from his roost in the canyon, notes the passage of both trains, before settling down to extend his nap, prior to his night of hunting. Perhaps he is a little sad as he remembers how his mate landed on the hot catenary wire one night----.J. H. Sullivan
